Folks this is no joke. Again, read this statement from the CDC:
Specific Laws and Regulations Governing the Control of Communicable Diseases
As I stated during last fridays interview, I foresaw this coming down the pipeline way back in 2009. Anyone who has read the Model State Health Emergency Powers Act (pdf: MSHEPA) knows this language already exists and can be implemented on a declaration of "national emergency" - meanwhile this Zika hoax is being used to provide a pretext upon which can rest a series of draconian measures designed to round us up and administer a "soft kill". One can only wonder: does this move from the CDC signal a possible virulent bioweapon release in the near future? Only time will tell.
