Kane and Horowitz steal copyrighted photo from Getty Images and publish without permission

This is the photo they have published here:

Considering the watermark is cropped out from the photo they used and published, I can safely bet they did NOT properly license this photograph for use and as such have violated copyright.

And isn't it just funny coincidence I know the Getty family intimately here in SF. 

Oh yes, they've been notified.
