PLEASE HELP RESTORE THE LABVIRUS BLOG - LABVIRUS NEEDS YOUR HELP

I just emailed the letter below to the CEO and other employees of Automattic requesting that labvirus blog be un-suspended.  Please help by writing your own letter using mine as a suggested template and make your voice heard.   What they did to my blog was unfair and uncalled for, and we have a chance now to override what this employee has done singlehandedly by shaming him to the rest of his company.  Please help!  Thanks!

To whom it may concern at Automattic:

Please un-suspend the labvirus.wordpress.com blog.

I was abruptly suspended by your employee Ryan Markel without any just due cause, as I was not fairly given a chance to challenge the falsely-alleged DMCA claim that someone filed against me. Additionally Markel stated a reason that I sent many requests to support as his rationale for the suspension which is in no way justifiable action on his part.

I recently posted a video I edited myself and fully own the copyright to, composed of my own commentary and editorial over footage obtained from the public domain of two very public figures, so there should be no issue as to copyright whatsoever.  The video is a documentary to demonstrate the true motivations behind two people who have taken it upon themselves to levy false allegations against a number of people including myself, and undertake some very harmful actions in their attacks in addition.  Again, the video is mine, my own original creation, and I will sign any statement to certify that this is true and correct.

Your very own Ryan Markel has violated your own TOS agreement by arbitrarily censoring the blog at labvirus.wordpress.com - by not allowing me to challenge a false DMCA claim made against me.  Additionally this person states a reason that I sent repeated requests to be responded to by support, after going a full day with no access to the site and no response whatsoever.  Repeated attempts to contact support are in no way a violation of service and I respectfully request you un-suspend this blog and allow me to challenge the false claims against me.  If you need me to remove the video until I have challenged the DMCA claim, I have no problem with that.

I have spent over three years collecting research articles and commentary at this site and do not have a proper backup of the site.  If you still intend to keep the site suspended, at least allow me the decency of access to some kind of XML output so that I can host my blog elsewhere.

Heres something that makes me laugh heartily: the three wicked witches of Fart-Smell, Horror-Witch and Scary Pain getting together on radio to celebrate their victory in getting my blog pulled.  It just amazes me the lengths people will go to protect their lies, by way of their accusations against someone they dont know the first thing about.  Government stooge, PLEASE.  Mega-vomit.

Barbara Hartwell on the Insight Hour Hosted by Dr. Len Horowitz and Sherri Kane

Tuesday August 2 (tonight), I will be a guest on the Insight Hour. We will be discussing the outrageous tactics used by government operatives and their minions to discredit whistleblowers, activists and journalists.

Recently, one particular government stooge, Alex Studer (we call him Stooger), posted a video of a private telephone conversation between Sherri Kane and Len Horowitz, which he obtained from a malicious individual, a former associate of Kane and Horowitz.

Little Mr. Stooger then made his own video, in which he included text, adding malicious lies about his targets, whom he has been libeling and slandering for the past year, acting as a shill/stooge for True Ott, and in collusion with the gaggle of COINTELPRO minions, including psycho stalkers and his fellow porno freaks Tim White, Todd Brendan Fahey and others of their ilk.

Porno freak and Jew-hating bigot, Alex Studer, has called Sherri Kane a "whore", a "slut" and much, much worse (obscene,appalling and disgusting epithets which I will absolutely NOT reprint here) in his attacks, but his malicious  posting of this video finally backfired on him. 

Sherri Kane's complaint to wordpress, who hosts Studer's website, was taken seriously, for this monstrous invasion of privacy, as well as unauthorized use of private property.

Studer's website, Lab Virus, was taken offline yesterday as a result of his malicious actions.

I will soon be posting a detailed report further exposing Alex Studer and his accomplices, and thoroughly refuting their libelous/slanderous falsehoods  about Barbara Hartwell, Len Horowitz, Sherri Kane and others, but meanwhile, tune in tonight as we continue to expose these demonic liars, misogynists, bigots and their criminal agenda.
